Ajman is small on the map and dense on the ground. Al Nuaimiya’s towers are packed with ducted FCUs and tired splits. Al Rashidiya and Al Mowaihat mix apartments with villas. Downtown and the Corniche catch humidity. Al Jurf industrial and the newer Al Zorah coastal development are a different building class again.
A lot of Ajman housing was built fast in the 2000s. Access hatches were an afterthought. Drain pipes are often the cheapest plastic, with almost no fall. That is why ‘AC leaking’ is such a common call here compared with a brand-new Dubai Hills villa.
Masfout and Manama are inland exclaves. We do those as planned visits, not as a pop-in from Nuaimiya.
