When a standard wash is not enough

Deep cleaning is for coils that have gone past dusty: kitchen grease, slime that smells again within days, or a blower so caked it drags. We use aluminium-safe foam, dwell time, then a real rinse. The indoor opens further than a filter-and-spray visit. A caked blower comes out.

Chemical does not mean hardware-store acid on your wall. If a previous cheap wash has already eaten the fins, we say so. Deep cleaning cannot rebuild metal.

What this is not

• Not a substitute for finding a refrigerant leak.
• Not the first visit on a merely dusty bedroom split — that is standard split cleaning.
• Not mould demolition of wet lining in a duct void — that may need drying and a camera, not only foam.

After the visit

Stay out of the room during the wash. We ventilate. Filters still need your fortnight rinse in shamal months or the coil face loads again.
