Coil-only versus a full split clean
Coil cleaning is the evaporator and/or condenser face: fins clear so air can move and heat can reject. It does not automatically include a blower pull, a full pan rebuild, or new pipe insulation. If the indoor also needs the wheel out and the drain rebuilt, that is a deep clean or a full split visit.
People book this after a recent standard service when only the outdoor is furred from a shamal, or when a landlord wants the condenser rinsed without paying to open every bedroom head again.
Limits
- Lace-thin fins from years of salt will not become a new coil because we used more water.
- We will not bounce a running compressor on a collapsing stand to pretty the fins.
- Indoor fins fold if you jet them. We do not.
