Carrier in the UAE is splits, cassettes, and older package units on villa roofs. Package units full of sand are a roof-day job. Cassette pumps fail like every other cassette. We treat them as mechanical plant, not a brand ritual.
We are an independent AC service company, not an authorised service centre of Carrier. Warranty work that must go through the brand should go through the brand. We repair and service the machine as an independent technician.
Faults we actually see
Roof package heat exchangers packed with dust
Cassette pumps
Contactors on older across-the-line compressors
Thermostats on villa systems
Error codes (starting point)
Code varies widely by series
We read the specific indoor sticker rather than a universal Carrier list from another market.
Package unit filters in villas are often the ones nobody has seen in two years.
We are an independent AC service company and not an authorised Carrier service centre. For in-warranty repairs, contact the brand first.
