Four-way cassette, office and shop ceilings
A cassette sits in a grid or gypsum ceiling with a square grille. Condensate usually leaves on a small pump, not a simple gravity fall. Cleaning means dropping the grille, treating the coil and blower, flushing the pan and checking the pump still clicks instead of overflowing onto the shop floor.
It is not a wall split. It is not a kitchen hood. High ceilings need a proper platform, not a dining chair.
What fails first
The pump and the pan, then the coil face. A cassette that drips into a retail fit-out is an emergency if stock is underneath; the night surcharge is published, not invented on site.
