Grease, not bedroom dust
Commercial kitchen extract is a grease film on hood, filters and the duct that leaves the canopy. It is a fire-load job, not a perfume job, and not the same wet-vac we use on a bedroom FCU. We clean what we can reach: canopy, filters, and accessible duct. Risers the landlord’s contractor owns stay theirs unless you have authority to open them.
We do not display a certification we do not hold. We write what we reached. A café under a Dubai Marina apartment still needs two bookings if the flat also wants an FCU clean — grease does not share a vac with a bedroom pan.
Access
Send canopy width, whether filters are baffle or mesh, and whether work is after last service. Night surcharge applies outside published hours.
