Three visits, written, not a sticker
An AMC is three scheduled visits per indoor unit per year on the published band. First visit can often land the same week if hatches are standard. Later visits are diary holds. Parts, refrigerant and emergency surcharge stay extra unless a written SLA you actually have says otherwise.
A four-cassette shop plus a split can sit on this domestic band if the list is short. A riser, a chilled-water schedule, or twenty outlets is commercial PPM, not this product.
What a visit includes
The same mechanical check as a maintenance call: filters, coil face, drain, a look at electrics. A filthy coil still gets quoted as a clean, not hidden inside “AMC magic”.
