PPM from an asset list
Commercial maintenance needs a list: location, chassis type, indoor count, access hours, and who signs the permit. We will not guess a mall plant from a WhatsApp of one cassette. This is not the domestic three-visit AMC page.
A four-cassette shop can sometimes sit on the domestic AMC band if the list is short and hatches are standard. A riser, a chilled-water schedule, or a floor of twenty outlets is this product: planned visits against a list, parts extra, night work on the published surcharge.
