When the indoor unit is dumping water onto electrics, the only AC in a nursery has died at 1 a.m., or a shop floor is 35°C with stock on the shelves, that is emergency work. We attend at night, on Fridays and on public holidays. Regular service sits 8:00 AM–10:00 PM; outside that window the call-out surcharge is AED 100 in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and AED 80 in Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK and Fujairah, added to the normal job price.
WhatsApp is the contact path — not a phone call. Send photos, the emirate, and whether water is near power. If it can safely wait until morning, we will say so and you avoid the surcharge.

While you wait
If water is near the indoor electrics, isolate at the breaker.
Do not keep resetting a tripped MCB.
Towels under a drip; bucket under a cassette if you can do it safely.
Close rooms you are not using so any remaining unit can hold.
Do not sit a child or elderly person in a closed hot room waiting — move them if you have another cooled space.
Emergency surcharge
AED 100 in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. AED 80 in Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK and Fujairah. Added to the normal diagnosis or repair price. Regular hours 8:00 AM–10:00 PM do not include this extra.
FAQs
How fast?
We give an honest window on WhatsApp based on where the technician is, not a fake 20-minute promise from Fujairah to Jebel Ali.
Is 24/7 real?
Yes. The surcharge is how overnight and Eid labour is paid. Schema opening hours are 24/7.
