How do I book?
WhatsApp or the quote form. There is contact is WhatsApp or the quote form. That number is WhatsApp only.
Do you cover the whole UAE?
Yes: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, including the listed communities. Far towns are planned slots, not fake 20-minute ETAs.
What are your hours?
Regular service 8:00 AM–10:00 PM every day. Emergency AC work is 24/7 including nights, Fridays and public holidays.
What is the emergency surcharge?
AED 100 in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. AED 80 in Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK and Fujairah. Added to the normal price.

Are the prices on the site the final bill?
They are starting prices. The figure is confirmed on WhatsApp before work starts.
Why three price groups?
Travel and duty banding. Same service names, different starting labour rates. Parts are parts.
Do you beat Facebook AED 39 offers?
Those offers skip the work. We publish real starting bands instead.

Do you add gas on every visit?
No. Refrigerant is not petrol. We look for leaks and dirt first.
Are you authorised for Daikin / LG / …?
No. We are independent. Brand names are used as text to describe machines we service.
Do you work on chilled-water FCUs?
We clean and repair the FCU, drain and ducts in the apartment. We do not overhaul the building chiller.
