Service visit, not a repair
Maintenance is the planned check: filters, coil face, drain, a look at electrics, and pressures or temperature split when the machine is a candidate for gauges. It is how July breakdowns get caught in March. It is not a compressor swap and not a promise that nothing will fail in August.
Parts, gas and night call-outs are extra. If we find a dead capacitor, we quote it before it goes in.
When to book
February–April is when diaries fill with landlord handovers. Coastal pans slime earlier than inland boxes, which instead choke on grit after a shamal. Far emirates are planned days, not a same-morning hop from Business Bay.
