By submitting a quote form or instructing us on WhatsApp you ask Air Conditioning Cleaning UAE to price or perform AC cleaning, maintenance, repair or installation as described on this website.
Prices
Listed figures are starting prices in AED, confirmed before work starts. Access problems, extra pipe, parts, refrigerant, gypsum openings, and unsafe electrics can change the figure. Emergency work outside 8:00 AM–10:00 PM, and on nights, Fridays and public holidays, adds AED 100 in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain) or AED 80 in Sharjah, Ajman & UAQ and C.
Access
You arrange building NOCs, roof keys, parking and a person on site. Waiting time may be billed if we cannot start.
Parts and brands
We are independent, not an authorised service centre of any manufacturer named on this site. OEM warranty processes stay with those networks. Parts are quoted before fitting unless you asked us to proceed within a cap.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed on WhatsApp before work. We may refuse unsafe jobs (live water on electrics, missing isolators, no fall protection on ledges).
Limitation
We are not liable for building fabric we did not damage, hidden faults behind sealed gypsum we were not allowed to open, or loss of cooling after you refuse a recommended repair. UAE law applies.
