Daikin splits and VRV/VRF show up in villas, offices and some newer apartments. Indoor boards and sensors are generally logical; the expensive surprises are outdoor PCBs and inverter modules after voltage dips. Wall splits clean like any other split. VRV is a different skill — we will say if your plant needs a specialist VRF recovery procedure rather than a split-style gas top-up.
We are an independent AC service company, not an authorised service centre of Daikin. Warranty work that must go through the brand should go through the brand. We repair and service the machine as an independent technician.

A3 / drainage
Indoor condensate / float — check drain before replacing boards.
U4 / communication
Indoor-outdoor comms. Wiring and boards, not gas.
L5 / output overcurrent
Inverter / compressor side — diagnose, do not keep resetting.
R32 is common on newer Daikin splits. Charge by weight to the plate.
