After the dirt is gone
Sanitization is a mist or wipe of the pan, coil face and accessible plastic after a mechanical clean. It is not a substitute for brushing ducts or pulling a caked blower. Perfume in a dirty unit is how smells return by Thursday.
We use it when a household wants the pan treated after a leak, or after mould work, not as a standalone miracle spray on a clogged filter.
What it cannot do
- Kill a smell that lives in wet flex lining — that needs drying and often a camera.
- Replace a fortnight filter rinse in shamal months.
- Stand in for a deep clean when the blower is a felt roll.
