What we collect
Quote forms: name, UAE mobile, emirate, area, service, unit count, preferred date, notes, page URL, UTM parameters and gclid if present. Server logs: IP address, time, user agent, for security and rate limiting. Leads are stored as JSON files on the server, emailed to our inbox, and may be copied to a Google Sheet if a webhook is configured.
Why
To reply with a price and appointment, to stop spam (honeypot, CSRF, 5 requests per hour per IP), and to understand which pages convert. Analytics (GA4, optional Microsoft Clarity) only load if IDs are set in the server environment.
If you click a WhatsApp link, you use WhatsApp’s own app and privacy terms. Pre-filled text includes the page you were on.
Retention
Lead files are kept as long as needed to deliver the job and for basic accounting/dispute records, then deleted on request where we are not required to keep them.
Your requests
Email contact@airconditioningcleaninguae.com to access, correct, or ask us to delete a lead we hold. Include the mobile number used on the form.
No selling
We do not sell lead lists. We do not run a fake chatbot that stores extra categories of data.
