Where the mould actually lives
On UAE splits it is usually the drain pan, the blower, and the first stretch of wet plastic or flex — not “the whole apartment is toxic.” We open, clean, treat what we can see, and photograph. Wet lining in a sealed void may need drying and a camera before anyone promises a sterile ceiling.
This is not a building-mould survey and we do not sell lab certificates we do not run.
