For you
UAE handovers still turn on AC condition. Open the FCU hatch if there is one, photograph the coil and pan, and photograph the outdoor. A perfume smell is not a clean. If you are moving in and the unit is furred, get it in writing before you settle. You can wash filters yourself. You should not stand on a dining chair over a wet cassette. Book a proper clean, keep the receipt, and do not accept ‘gas top-up’ as a substitute for a wash.

Send move-in date and emirate. We will slot a clean before you unpack if we can.
