Is AC duct cleaning worth it?
When duct cleaning is money well spent in the UAE, and when it is a sales pitch.

Worth it
After renovation dust. When a camera shows a blanket of grey. When rooms never balance after a coil clean. When a leak soaked linings and the smell is in every supply. When a tenant handover will otherwise fail.
Not worth it
A yearly ‘package’ with no inspection on a two-year-old villa that already had a documented clean. A spray of scent into a grille. A promise to kill every microorganism in the emirate.
How we decide
Look at the FCU filter. If that is a felt brick, start there. Look at supply dust on a clean table after 24 hours. Use a camera if two parties disagree. Then price from the bedroom table, not from fear.
Warning: do not poke live terminals or recover refrigerant yourself. Isolation first, then WhatsApp.

Will it cut my bill in half?
