What happens during a professional AC deep clean
Step by step: protection, dismantle, chemical dwell, blower, drain, test. UAE indoor units.
Tip: send a photo of the indoor and outdoor unit on WhatsApp before we quote extras.
Not a spray
We protect the wall and floor. Power off. Cover off. Filters out. Coil cleaner with dwell time. Rinse that does not fold fins. Blower out if it is caked. Pan and drain. Outdoor if it is part of the job. Reassemble. Cool test. Deep cleaning.
Time
A wall split is often under two hours if access is easy. Cassettes longer. FCUs depend on the hatch.
After
A bit of moisture smell for a short time can be leftover rinse drying. A wet sock on day three means the job was not finished or the drain is still wrong.
Warning: do not poke live terminals or recover refrigerant yourself. Isolation first, then WhatsApp.
