What ours is
Three scheduled visits per unit per year at AMC prices. Filters, coils, drains, a look at electrics, notes. Parts, gas, compressors and night surcharge are extra.
Worth it if
You have several units, a holiday home, a villa you forget about, or a small office. The value is the calendar and the capacitor we catch in April, not a mystical warranty.
Not worth it if
You want someone to absorb a full compressor replacement for AED 350 a year. That is insurance cosplay. Read the exclusions.
Commercial
A tower PPM is not this product. Commercial maintenance is quoted from an asset list.
Warning: do not poke live terminals or recover refrigerant yourself. Isolation first, then WhatsApp.

Can I pause for winter?
You can, but the cheap visit is the one that prevents summer failure. Winter in the UAE is still AC weather for many homes.
